Acne
is
considered as a skin disease that affects

the people get acne during their teenage years and the
other 5% have acne as they are already 30 to 40 years

that much.
A non OTC drug is Retin-A which is a derivative of
Vitamin A and it requires a prescription. In some of the cases of
adult acne steroids are also used. A mixture a mixture of
medications and steroids could be injected into the affected
area.
Estrogen has

good treatment for adult acne. Keep in mind that some drugs or
their ingredients like Accutane may cause suicidal ideation,
psychosis and depression.
